Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated private company. It prides itself on "thinking-outside- the-box",
to deliver customer outcomes. At Brenshai, our clients deal directly with the owners of
the company, Brendan Guy & Shane Townsend. The Company operates out of South East Queensland, Australia.

Brenshai Pty Ltd are extensively involved with
the development of the Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) concept, which is set to revolutionise the building industry
in South East Asia, including Australia.
Brenshai has partnered with key industry experts to bring the
exciting SIP product into mass production in 2012.
The Brenshai name came from a combination of the two
founding directors names: Brendan Guy and Shane Townsend. The (i) on the end of the word stands for “International”..
About Brendan
Brendan is a retired Combat Engineer with the Australian
Defence Force. He has seen active service in East Timor, Bougainville and a Counter Terrorism detachment
for the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Brendan has worked with Local Government for several years in both technical
and operational roles. Brendan was a recipient of the Australia Day Citizen of year award in 2008 for his service
to the community. He has several qualifications including; Field Engineering, Civil Construction, Training
& Development, Disaster Management, and Public Safety. Brendan has also extensive experience in training
and policy development.
About Shane
Shane
is a retired, highly decorated Australian Defence Force member of both Army (SF) and Navy. He served with
distinction in Iraq, Cambodia and Afghanistan. Shane also holds several formal qualifications including a Masters
Degree in Science (majoring in robotics) and a Masters Degree in Information Technology (IT). He is a certified engineer for
Microsoft, Novel and Oracle. Shane has developed and established several Not-for-Profit Community groups in support
of Government and Non-Government agencies.
Brenshai's mission is to provide world class practical solutions to our clients
and partners regardless of how complex or difficult the objective is.
